Language Links offers a range of Homestay
packages for students to choose from.  

A minimum of  2 weeks payment is required in
advance to confirm your booking.

The Placement fee of $200 is non-refundable once accommodation request has been submitted.
Homestay families are personally selected by the college and all homes are inspected to ensure they meet the needs and requirements of students.

2 weeks notice is required to change or cancel accommodation.

Accommodation rates 2012:

1. Full board:

$240.00 per week: Accommodation in
individual room + all meals included (7 days)
(Additional night $ 35.00)

2. Half Board:

$220.00 per week: Accommodation in
individual room + Breakfast and Dinner (7days)
(Additional night $32.00)
*Note: most families will include lunches on weekends and Public Holidays for students upon request.

3. Room only

$140.00 per week: Accommodation
(no meals included)
(Additional night $20.00)

PLACEMENT FEE: $200.00

Other forms of accommodation are available such as backpackers/ hostels/ shared-apartments, please make an appointment to see our Homestay Officer to discuss options or contact the college for a quote.

One way CHARTERED SERVICE
Individual: $71.50
Double: $88.00 (2 Students to same homestay)
OR Taxi fare from airport to homestay up to $55.00 approximately.
